Human pregnancy consists of nine months period .In the first trimester, the baby starts to develop all internal organs, sense organs, arms and legs. Don’t take very hot showers because it can raise the body temperature, causing dehydration, harms the developing baby and sometimes leads to miscarriages. Don’t touch cat litter if you have cat. If not possible, use clean gloves and wash your hands clean after changing. Paints should be avoided during pregnancy. Pesticides also should not be handled because they cause neural defects. If needed in home, get others help to apply it and don’t go to that place for sometimes. Vigorous exercises and physical activities should be avoided. Cough, cold and other minor problems should not be medicated yourself. X-rays are not allowed unless prescribed by doctor. Be strict on not to smoke and don’t allow others to smoke inside the home because it has harmful effect on you and baby.
